National Ukulele's are hands down the loudest Ukes in the shop. The 5 7/8" resonator cone significantly amplifies the instrument complimenting the mahogany perfectly. This National NRP Ukulele features an all steel body that provides this Uke with a tone that is round, full, warm and loud! The neck is made of mahogany with an unbound rosewood fingerboard.

The Steel Body on this National NRP Ukulele has a rubbed finish. The rubbed finish is desirable for two reasons... It has a vintage look, and it doesn't show fingerprints. For years we have ordered this finish as an option on otherwise highly polished nickel finishes, and it looks good and wears well.

When you pick up a National resonator ukulele and begin playing, you can instantly see the reasons why players prefer Nationals over any other brand of resonator ukulele.The volume and tone delivered by this ukulele almost sounds like it has it’s own rhythm section built in. Even the simplest rhythm passages take on a supercharged quality.

After much anxious anticipation, we are proud to have Collings new tenor ukulele!

As with everything that comes out of the Colling shop, lots of homework and research have gone into their line of ukuleles. Collings has managed to keep up with the demands of ukulele players. This Collings UT1 is built with a fantastic piece of Mahogany. On the first strum, it's clear this is a serious ukulele. Mahogany brings killer crispness and focus. In the hands of a true ukulele player, this little one really shines. This UT1 also features a Custom Deluxe Flared Peghead.

Despite looking like traditional friction tuner, each of the four tuners are actually geared. Collings be praised, a ukulele that is easy to tune! We look forward to adding many more ukuleles to our inventory in the near future.

The National Style 2 Ukulele is hand-engraved with the "Wild Rose" design on the body, coverplate, and handrest and is an instantly eye-catching feature. The position markers have been upgraded to mother-of-pearl diamonds for an extra touch of class. The ebony headstock overlay has an inlaid mother-of-pearl engraved National shield.

The body is brass and is coated with a bright nickel plating polished to a mirror-like shine. These ukuleles are about as loud as you can imagine any uke can be... all while maintaining a pure, sweet, and round ukulele tone.

This is a brand new factory blemished model from National. It comes with a full warranty. The blemish is pictured and is a small area near the coverplate where the plating has flaked or rubbed off. The blemish is stable and is not expected to worsen.

The UT2 is Collings 2-style mahogany tenor ukulele. This custom UT2 comes with the Collings trademark ''haircut'' peghead shape with a custom Pearloid overlay and Etched binding as well as ivoroid body binding with custom red purfling. With mahogany top, back and side wood, the beauty of its wood is enhanced by a custom red doghair finish, making this one of our favorite of all the Collings Ukulele models! The red Doghair finish is derived from a red grain filler beneath a translucent layer of dark lacquer - that others have attempted to copy, as yet still a secret known only to our friends at Collings Guitars. The grain of the Mahogany has beautiful specks of red set against the natural luster of the body.

Collings Ukes also feature a highly innovative tuning system by Pegheds. These tuners are geared and offer much more control and stability than traditional friction tuners. The 4:1 gear reduction allows strings to be tuned more easily and accurately than traditional wood pegs (or Caspari-type mechanisms which require screw drivers or special keys). Tune confidently and securely with the left hand while playing open strings; even during performance! PEGHEDS tuners return the fine-tuning function to pegs. Strings slide more freely over the smooth, wide nut than over the comparatively sharp edge of the bridge, where stress is concentrated and equilibrium of tension on either side is more difficult to achieve.

National's Triolian Ukuleles are reissues of some of the most sought after vintage ukes built by the National Co. in the early 1930’s. Each has a bound maple neck, hand painted walnut-burst body, and simple paddle headstock. Each features a black and gold headstock decal and friction tuners by Grover.

Instantly noticed on our wall, this National Triolian Concert Ukulele has a very big voice thanks to National's legendary resonator cone design. The walnut sunburst finish is simply gorgeous making this ukulele look just like the Triolian guitar's younger sibling.
