Bedell Classic Folk Parlor Guitar All Honduran Mahogany
We are proud to represent Bedell Guitars in Nashville. They make 3 body shapes but we are very partial here to the parlors they make. The lower bout is both wider and longer than traditional parlors giving the instrument more air volume and therefore more sound.
As a 12-fret to the body design, the bridge is positioned right in the center of the lower bout enhancing the modal dynamics to deliver more efficient and pronounce sound. For a small instrument, the Bedell Parlor produces a big sound.
The Classic Folk Series is a line of ALL Mahogany guitars. Per Bedell: " For decades, there are certain sounds that demand the warm comforting sound of an all mahogany body. Grown in the Mayan Biosphere of Guatemala, the true Honduran mahogany top, back, sides and neck of the Classic Folk give a sound and feel that will bring your playing and singing to life." We couldn't agree more.
Mahogany is a medium-lightweight wood, ranging in color from light brown to dark. It has a balanced, resonant tone with notable sustain. Mahogany delivers a thick bottom end, rich midrange, and controlled, warm top end. We think it is the perfect wood for Bedell to use for their Classic Folk Series. The finish is an open grain satin that makes the line really responsive. This guitar also includes a K&K Duo Tone Pickup. K&K's pickups are among the hottest in the business. Singer Songwriters love to just plug in and play. We think you will want one of these for your songs. The price is really affordable too. Give us a call and let us tell you more about it.
This Pre-Owned Guitar is in Excellent Condition w/ no wear or tear to mention!
