Constructed with many unique Maton features, the Artist features their signature keyhole headstock, Sitka Spruce top and Victorian Blackwood back and sides. The proprietary 808 body shape puts off a loud and defined low end with a very balanced sonic quality.

Victorian Blackwood is an exotic tonewood that has a very sweet and beautiful high end response! Coming from the same family as Koa, Blackwood has a very figured & stunning visual appeal aside from its already wonderful sonic characteristics! The comfortable C shape neck makes it easy to play for hours without fatigue and the 1.736 nut width is a middle ground solution that adds versatility whether strumming or fingerpicking!

Equipped with the proprietary AP5 Pro Pickup System,(arguably the best pickup system in the world) you can take your new favorite guitar to the stage with ease! The AP5 Pro features a Microphone and Piezo(undersaddle) that have seperate input controls that allow for blending signals through to the master volume control.
