"AAA" Sitka Spruce Top with Figured Queensland Maple back and sides, the TE Personal offers a cutting mid range thump with balanced frequencies on both ends of the spectrum. The "deep body" design adds a measure of bass register for exceptional string balance.

The TE Personal model features a Mother of Pearl block inlay on the 12th Fret, engraved with "C.G.P." The acronym stands for "Certified Guitar Player," a title bestowed on Tommy by Chet Atkins.

All Maton Master Built models are built in very low production numbers.
