There was a lot of moaning from fans who enjoyed the Cedar over Blackwood combination for it's responsive attack and complex character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis prime specimen looks as though it has been in the case since built, January 2022.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is zero fret wear. No shiny finish areas from handling, and no pick marks on the pick guard. It has the original Maton hard-shell case. Setup for fingerstyle with fresh Elixir phosphor bronze lights, it plays easily. Mid-range is sweep-able from 600hz to 2400hz and can be cut or boosted within this range. As a general rule we start out with all settings ‘flat’ then alter them to achieve the desired tone \u0026amp; presence based on the venue or recording environment. For example, an open, natural sound can be achieved by setting the frequency control at 1.4khz and the boost\/cut control at 5db.
