Fender Custom Shop 1952 Telecaster
This instrument is a Shop Floor Model, and has micro-towel marks from being wiped down in our shop during demonstration and may have fret wear, both so fine they cannot be shown in photographs; and may also have small blemishes from handling during demonstration in our shop.
It is being sold as a new instrument with factory warranty. There are no other defects or blemishes to report, and it conforms to factory setup and fully functions as designed.
In 1952, the newly re-named Telecaster was surging in popularity. Country and Western artists were early adopters of the new solid body instrument from California.This NOS Telecaster combines the sound and style of the past with modern features and playability. The lightweight two-piece ash body wears a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, giving it the look and feel of a vintage classic in mint condition.
This Tele is equipped with a Nocaster Pickup at the neck that gives the guitar a sonic life of its own, throwing out a vintage tone that gives a creamy finish to any mix or band.
Other features include a Birdseye AA maple neck with '52 “U”-shaped profile, 7.25”-radius maple fingerboard, 21 Vintage frets, a Gold Anodized Pickguard, Gold Hardware, vintage-style tuning machines with Fender logo, Micarta nut and round string tree.
Includes a deluxe hardshell case, strap and Certificate of Authenticity.
