Fender Custom Shop 1963 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic Mercedes Blue
The Fender Custom shop is known for producing highly accurate reproductions of some of the most famous instruments every produced. Since 1987, the Fender Custom Shop has been a "dream factory," producing guitars that are to playing what Ferraris are to driving. The skilled craftsmen in Fender's Corona, Calif., Custom Shop are known worldwide for their artistry in making guitars that range from the fine to the fantastic.
Bell-like, jangly, smooth, and bluesy are all words that can capture the sound of these Fender Custom Shop hand-wound 1964 single-coil Stratocaster pickups. These electronics, paired with the beefed-up '57 Style Soft "V" Neck profile makes for an unbelievably smooth playing and sounding guitar.
As you can imagine, a true 1963 Strat would show signs of wear and tear, and this Fender Custom Shop 1963 Journeyman Relic Stratocaster solidbody electric guitar is finished to represent those years of playing.
The worn finish on the body and neck and the aged hardware will make you wonder if it really isn't a true vintage guitar. Collectors in the know will tell you that the Strat was undergoing some notable design mods in 1963, and this 1963 Journeyman Relic Stratocaster captures the era perfectly!!
This Pre-Owned Guitar is in Excellent Condition w/ no wear or tear to mention.
