Collings 03 12-String w/ Sitka & Indian Rosewood

With the exception of the Baby, the "0" is Collings smallest guitar and is offered with the same 24 7/8" shorter scale found on the 12-fret 00. Although measuring only 13.5 inches in width (smaller than a typical classical guitar), the Collings "0" has tone and volume that belies its first impression as being less than full-sized. It can double as a travel guitar or a small OM, performing both roles equally well. The same neck and woods options offered with larger Collings models are available on the 0 as well, giving players an almost infinite range of tonal possibilities.

This 12-fret 0 body size 12 string features an elegant slotted peghead, 1 7/8" nut width, and comfortable 24 7/8" scale length. It features a Abalone rosette, Ivoroid top, fretboard and peghead binding, Black/white wood purfling with 3-style backstrip.

While 12 string guitars might be considered an addition weapon in a players arsenal, this could easily become your "Go To" guitar. With the nut width measuring 1 7/8" in combination with the single 0 body style allows for a truly intimate and inspiring playing experience.

Tonally this guitar is punchy and incredibly powerful with alot of headroom for such a small body. It has incredible sustain and tremendous overtones which sound sweet yet subtle. This guitar will leave you wanting to play all day.
