The UT2 is Collings' 2-style mahogany tenor ukulele. The Collings UT2 comes standard with the Collings trademark ''haircut'' peghead shape and tortise style body binding. With a Spruce top, gorgeous sunburst finish and Mahogany back and side wood, the beauty of its wood and enhanced appointments rivals its sonic complexity. This instrument is custom appointed with a gorgeous full body 2-style sunburst, ivoroid bindings, ebony trim, diamond and square fretboard inlays, zipper backstrip, Spruce top and Indian Rosewood back and sides. Additional appointments include a high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish, East Indian rosewood fretboard, peghead veneer, and geared tuning pegs.
