Fender Custom Shop 1963 Telecaster Lake Placid Blue Finish ID-11532
Fender Custom Shop
For over 25 years the extraordinarily talented luthiers of the Fender Custom Shop have been providing the most illustrious guitar players of their day with their dream instruments
The Telecaster Custom upgraded the workhorse Telecaster with an elegant Lake Placid Blue finish—which was considered a custom color, compared to the customary blonde Telecaster finish. The 1963 Telecaster Custom Relic updates this classic design with modern touches to make it even more playable.
The two-piece body is constructed from hand-selected alder, chosen for its weight and grain pattern. Two hand-wound Custom Shop 63 Tele pickups grace the top, kicking out high-output, smoking tone that’s further shaped by modern wiring, including our slick, volume-preserving Greasebucket tone circuit.
Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and Certificate of Authenticity.
Sales & Shipping of Fender and other FMIC products are strictly limited to the United States and its territories.
