Fender Jeff Beck Stratocaster Olympic White

For over 25 years the extraordinarily talented luthiers of the Fender Custom Shop have been providing the most illustrious guitar players of their day with their dream instruments

One of the most influential guitarists in the history of rock music, Jeff Beck has cited his major influences as Les Paul, the Shadows, Cliff Gallup, Ravi Shankar, Roy Buchanan, Chet Atkins, Django Reinhardt, Steve Cropper and Lonnie Mack. Of John McLaughlin, he said: "has given us so many different facets of the guitar and introduced thousands of us to world music, by blending Indian music with jazz and classical. I'd say he was the best guitarist alive."

While Beck was not the first rock guitarist to experiment with electronic distortion, he nonetheless helped to redefine the sound and role of the electric guitar in rock music. Beck's work with the Yardbirds and the Jeff Beck Group's 1968 album Truth were seminal influences on heavy metal music, which emerged in full force in the early 1970s.

From his blistering British Invasion beginnings through his amazingly varied solo career and right up to today, Jeff Beck has made the Stratocaster® guitar an integral part of his signature sound. The Jeff Beck Signature Stratocaster features a thinner C-shaped maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard and a contoured heel for easier access to the higher registers.

Further, it’s “Wired” with dual ceramic Noiseless™ pickups and has a two-point synchronized tremolo with stainless steel saddles, LSR roller nut, aged knobs and pickup covers, and Beck’s signature on the headstock.

This Custom Shop Jeff Beck Stratocaster comes with a one-piece maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and Jeff's personal favorite "C" shape, allowing you to really dig into the strings. In keeping with contemporary player preferences, the fast playing neck is finished in a smooth satin polyurethane.

Additionally, this guitar features a modern American two-point synchronized tremolo for outstanding tuning stability. Bend notes or entire chords up or down and the guitar stays in tune!

This instrument is in Excellent + Condition with some light pick scratches on the pickguard as well as a few very small surface dings on the back which are hard to detect in the white finish.

Includes Original Hardshell Case.
