Despite being somewhat smaller than a dreadnought; the body depth of the CM, measuring in at 4 5/8, boosting the low-end warmth and response. The Engelmann Spruce top exhibits a richer, more complex tone than Sitka; while being exceptionally responsive to both fingerstyle and light strumming.
The choice of Mahogany broadens out the dynamic range, making this guitar extremely versatile. The soft cutaway gives ease of access to the higher frets without sacrificing tone or volume. When fingerpicking, each note is rich and warm, yet well defined and easily articulated.
This custom model is beautifully appointed with Maple binding along the body and fingerboard. The abalone rosette is also gracefully placed between two rings of Maple.
