Action is to factory spec and it sound awesome. Here are the details:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe factory satin nitro finish has various \/ light \"shiny areas\" as do most Maton guitars that have been played. A nitro finish is softer than polyester, though it sure does make for a more responsive guitar. The areas captured in our photos are pretty standard, back of the neck, bass side lower bout, and a small area on back of the bass side (where it would lean in to your body while sitting).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe action measures 3\/32\" at the 12th fret Low E and 5\/64\" for the High E (factory spec, with positive relief). \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThere is no visible fret wear.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHard to see visually, though there is some finish de-lamination on the headstock around the tuning pegs.
