Waterloo WL-14X Guitar with Truss Rod

The legendary Bill Collings has done it once again by producing his take on depression era guitars and creating the Waterloo WL-14X.

"American roots music was born back when there was a need for soulful tone that could be coaxed from simple instruments. The Waterloo brand is all about capturing the voice and spirit of the very best depression era guitars in a well-made and playable instrument."

-Bill Collings

The new "Waterloo" line of guitars from our friends at the Collings factory has succeded in paying homage to these inspirational roots. The details made us feel like we were playing a pre-war dream. Appointments such as the vintage inspired V neck, the Ebony nut, and the simple top binding are just some of the depression era appointments that w enjoyed the most. These wonderful instruments can be ordered in either a ladder braced or X braced configuration, and, for the vintage purist can be ordered with a vintage T style neck brace.

Expect nothing less than a vintage purist's guitar made today and you won't be disappointed.
