Waterloo WL-14X with T-Bar

The legendary Bill Collings has done it once again by producing his personal take on depression era guitars and creating the Waterloo WL-14L. The new "Waterloo" line of guitars from the Collings factory has succeded in paying homage to these guitars from times past. The WL-14L is a great addition to their line.

A Solid Sitka top with Solid Mahogany sides and back, Vintage inspired V neck profile with Ebony nut are just some of the depression era appointments. In either a Ladder braced or X braced configuration, these wonderful instruments also can be ordered with a Tbar for the vintage purist or adjustable truss rod for those who want the best of both worlds.

From the Waterloo website:

"American roots music was born back when there was a need for soulful tone that could be coaxed from simple instruments. The Waterloo brand is all about capturing the voice and spirit of the very best depression era guitars in a well-made and playable instrument."

-Bill Collings

Collings makes guitars with such superb tone and aesthetics. The craftmanship is top notch and comes out in the tone, playability, and feel of their great instrument and the Waterloo line is no different.. This guitar is truly a great one to add to any players collection.
