Santa Cruz H 14
The Santa Cruz H, their interpreted adaptation of Gibson's 1937 Nick Lucas, has always been one of our most popular shop models. Despite its small appearance, the Santa Cruz H employs a body depth approaching that of a much larger dreadnought-sized guitar, producing superb volume and bass support to bolster its rich tone.
With its player-driven design that has 14 frets clear of the body, plus special soundhole and bridge locations, the H capitalizes upon the best attributes of a 12-fret's resonance with a 14 fret's access. The body fits perfectly in your hands, inspiring gorgeous strumming sounds or intricate finger-picked passages.
The bracing pattern is unique to this model, utilizing a hybrid pattern that combines both scalloped and tapered braces. Built upon custom tone woods, it is extremely versatile.
This guitar is truly a delight to play. This H 14 has an airy, sweet, and lively tone that only the custom Bearclaw Sitka Spruce and this gorgeous set of Honduran Rosewood can bring to the table. Balanced, crisp tone, and responsiveness is the name of the game here.
Denser than Indian Rosewood, Honduran Rosewood is well-known for its excellent tonal properties. It produces a well-balanced guitar with solid projection and strong lows and highs. Honduran Rosewood is a wonderful tonewood that is warm, well balanced and exceptionally beautiful.
This Pre-Owned guitar is in Excellent Condition with only some light pick scratches on the pickguard as well as 1 or 2 very minimal light surface dings on the top of the upper bout.
